Interpretation of CC Web Management's Privacy Policy may be tailored to reflect personal issues specific to an individual client as outlined in a signed Confidentiality Agreement.

CC Web Management is responsible for personal information under its control and therefore adheres to the remaining principles.

CC Web Management will not hide its purposes for which personal information is collected neither at nor before the time the information is collected. The client needs to assume, however, that given their use of the website and services of CC Web Management there will be some information gathered essential to performance of those services.
Principle #3 - Obtaining Consent for Collection, Use or Disclosure of Personal Information
The knowledge and consent of a customer is required for the collection, use or disclosure of personal information.
Principle #4 - Limiting Collection
CC Web Management will limit its collection of personal information to that which is necessary for the identified purposes and will collect this information by fair and lawful means. Personal information which may full under the policy may include but is not limited to:

- Account information for service performance and according to the contract.

CC Web Management will retain personal information only as long as required for the fulfillment of a service contract or as required by law.

Personal information shall be as accurate, complete and up-to-date as is necessary for the purposes for which it is to be used.
Principle #7 - Security Safeguards
CC Web Management will take measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information held to protect the personal information of its clients. If specific security safeguards are requested, CC Web Management will do everything possible to comply.
Principle #9 - Client Access to Personal Information
CC Web Management will inform a client of the existence, use, and disclosure of personal information upon request and shall give the individual access to that information and/or make changes to the information held on request.
Principle #10 - Challenging Compliance
A client may address a challenge concerning compliance with the above principles to CC Web Management. Such concerns will be received respectfully and addressed with integrity in keeping with the above principles.
